7. Baby Food Introduction Chart

When I first made the decision to start making my own baby food, I found very few resources out there on exactly what order to introduce new foods to my infant. Then alas, the greatest one ever (see below). Taken from the book, Mommy Made by Martha and David Kimmel, this list sets up the introduction flow in a manner that presents the high allergen foods last, some even after your child turns one. It is VERY conservative, which I know some of you first-time moms will appreciate, however, you veterans, feel free to speed things up a bit! I sure did with my kiddo number three! Also, for those of you interested, I have this chart in Excel format so if you're interested in keeping up with it by date of introduction and any reactions/notes, etc, just shoot me an email and I'll send you the Excel chart format for your use! Priceless, I'm telling you.
